We recommend that you buy the 2 Piece Set, to have 1 piece for each set of teeth (Both Upper & Lower).

HOW TO USE IT?

Place the tray into hot water about 70°C for 10-15 seconds to soften and remove from the water.

Place the trays into your mouth and press the bonding surface of tray and gum. The tray is now molded.

Cut the extra at the impressed gum-line and finish making the tray.

Notes:

If the mouth tray is not well-formed, you can repeat the process to achieve a perfect mold.

Please clean the tray with water before using.

The replacement time of the trays is 3-4 months

It is normal to feel discomfort for the first time to wear the tray. You will get used to it after several times  Color: Clear

Package includes only one item. It is recommended that you buy 2 pieces so you will have a mouth-tray for both the upper-teeth and the lower-teeth.
